war so nett und lieh mir ihre Kopie des Zeichenbuchs "Dreamscapes: Creating Magicial Angel, Faery & Mermaid Worlds in Watercolor" von Stephanie Pui-Man Law aus. Beim Durchblättern kam bei mir das Bedürfnis auf auch mal wieder was zu malen. Dabei bin ich auf die wunderschönen Fensterbilder gestoßen, die Stephanie malt.
Das obige Bild zeigt den Versuch eines verzierten Fensters. Es ist dreieckig, weil ich schnell festgestellt habe, dass ich Kreise mal so überhaupt nicht malen kann.
English: was kind enough to let me borrow her copy of "Dreamscapes: Creating Magicial Angel, Faery & Mermaid Worlds in Watercolor" by Stephanie Pui-Man Law. When I started to flip throw it, I was overcome by the urge to finally draw something again. Then I noticed the very beautiful windows Stephanie drew and was hooked.
The picture above shows my first try to draw such a window myself. It has a triangle shape because I noticed not very far into the process that I seem to be unable to draw a half-way decent circle.
